Air Peace Opens London Winter Bookings With 13 Weekly Flights

Air Peace has announced the opening of bookings for its 2026/2027 London winter schedule, expanding direct flight options between Nigeria and the United Kingdom ahead of the peak travel season.
The new schedule will feature daily flights from Lagos to London Gatwick, while Abuja-London services will be expanded across both Gatwick and Heathrow airports from October 2026.
According to the airline, the increased frequencies are designed to provide passengers with greater flexibility as demand for international travel rises during the winter period.
Under the new winter schedule, Air Peace will operate seven weekly Lagos-London Gatwick flights, effectively giving passengers travelling from Lagos a daily direct service to the UK capital.
The expanded schedule is expected to give passengers more choices when planning business trips, holidays, family visits and other seasonal travel between Nigeria and the UK.
Air Peace said the expansion reflects its commitment to strengthening international connectivity and improving travel options for Nigerian passengers.
The additional services could also benefit travellers connecting from other parts of Nigeria, as passengers may be able to connect through Lagos or Abuja on a single Air Peace itinerary instead of arranging separate domestic and international bookings.
The announcement comes ahead of the traditionally busy winter travel period, when demand for flights between Nigeria and the UK tends to increase.
Air Peace is encouraging passengers to plan their trips ahead of the peak period rather than waiting until closer to their departure dates.
Passengers are advised to confirm their travel dates and flight times when booking, as airline schedules may be subject to operational changes.
The expansion further strengthens London as a key destination within Air Peace’s international network and provides passengers departing from both Lagos and Abuja with more direct travel options.
